I can totally relate to this... mine is worst... I have suicidal ideation already, because I was scared of doing it... I opened my problems and fears w/ my parents... no matter how ashamed I was... and it did help... I'm now resigning co's my work was one of the reason of my increasing depression and I hate it... now I felt more relieved and looking for other good possibilities and opportunities that fit to my interest. Life goes on... It's never too late...

    learn.
learn everything you can about you job.
study the job of your supervisor or boss.
sooner or later your supervisor will be promoted and if you knew his job then you will be the most probable candidate for his position.

    exercise, stay healthy.
when you exercise you feel good about yourself.

    learn to appreciate.
when you learned to appreciate your job,
the job will not be so boring anymore.
there are millions of people jobless and unemployed.
You should be thankful you got one.

When stagnation sets in, one of the first things you should do is make sure that your core values are in tact. This is a good time to review your principles – the way you live your life. Make sure that the values you live by are still the ones you want to continue living by.
