i love the place it's so clean and i like it kay naa sa second floor.....do you have anything that is good for one? or any recommendation maybe sa imong mga friends nga ga parent pud. gusto ko good for one with own c/r bahalag electric fan lang, safe place and kanang maagian og taxi, if possible along the way. budget not more than 4500? thanks you so much in advance, God Bless.

Hi ojmercado, thank you for the nice comment. Sorry, I don't have any room that's good for one person only, all rooms are good for two. Maybe you have a relative or a close friend who is also looking for a place to rent...then you can share the room and in effect half mo sa rent.

My house just got done renovating, that's why all amenities are brand new.
