how to findout - dynamic or static IP?

Kong Static mahal na siya.. base lang sa akoa ma identify nimo kong bisan unsa nga PC nimo e taud diha using standalone lang direct sa Modem and IP address nimo same ra jud. unlike sa Dynamic kay kong lain na gani ang LAN nimo mausab sad siya.


Try lang ninyo basin sayop ko. Basta e standalone lang pag connect kong naa mo duha ka PC...

Dynamic:

Two PC one Lan Card per PC
Modem ----> PC1 IP Address sample lang 192.168.0.143
Modem ----> PC2 IP Address sample lang 192.168.0.111

One PC TWO LAN Card
Modem ----> LAN1 IP Address sample lang 192.168.0.155
Modem ----> LAN2 IP Address sample lang 192.168.0.21

Static:

Bisan unsa pana nga PC imong e taud diha ang IP Address same ra jud kay naka assign na nimo.

Bro, router IP man na imong gi-example. Hehe. Ang question sa TS kay unsaon pagkahibaw kung dynamic or static ang IP gikan sa ISP, kanang public IP mismo.

When we speak of "terms", dynamic IP is equivalent to "constantly changing IP from server" and/or "automatic IP assignment to peripheral computers" but does not necessarily mean that those two meanings are interchangeable.

Same goes if you say Static IP is "one fixed IP from server" or setting up a "manual IP" to your peripheral computer.

ma globe man ka or ma pldt... Static IP is only available for business accounts to corporate..
Even though you are entitled to have static ip... di pod na ihatag sa imoha diretso... by default dynamic IP jud na ila ihatag.
Kinahanglan jud ka moapply sa imong ISP for static IP.
kay 3 Mbps man kaha nang inyong line... adto sa imong ISP then ipa-static IP na...
