i wonder why ingon ka nga way klaro na nga position ang management trainee?

If you look at the classified ads of most newspapers on sunday, daghan nangita ug 'management trainees', but if you look at the companies looking for them, most have positions for only 1 or 2 managers, so where will one go after being a trainee? Kinda like just glamorizing a position just to make it attractive... in my opinion...

Only if you feel it challenging to do marketing studies (like surveying a potential site for a franchisee and making reports and recommendations).

i never went there...other than the decision based on non-experience on the field, i really needed the money for the moment...

Honestly, I feel their business is attractive and lucrative, but only for the owners.

usually....when in a chinese-run/owned company...

They are nowhere near more stable and more professionally run companies and chances for professional growth within is slim, unless you one day plan to open a bakeshop of your own.

when Gardenia is gaining ground right now and Tinong's expansion, i could say the same...
as of these times, franchising is a much better choice....BUT so damn expensive....
