Well, these vigilante-style killings DO kill the innocent. Many of the victims have not been convicted of pending cases, so they are innocent.

Ok , so you rely the JUSTICE SYSTEM to make one a CRIMINAL ? Thats why VIGILANTES existed because of the rotten systen dyospormiyo !! I can name a million names right now who are not CONVICTED CRIMINALS and YOU know it personally that they are criminals if not chornic criminals .

Some do not even have any past criminal records at all! And even several bystanders (women!!!) have been hit. Finally, there is no evidence whatsoever that these vigilantes have lowered the murder rate in Cebu. In fact, they have INCREASED it.

Well... for me, whenever I travel to Colon, V.Rama, or A. Lopez, or perhaps Pasil, I don't dress up as if im going to Ayala or SM. As much as possible, I do my best to look like a below minimum waged / "i'll break your nose before you stab me" type of person... thou still I don't lower my vigilance and be over confident... I look over my surroundings if there are any suspicious persons around, and do my best to be along the crowd's eyesight.

For me, I woud rate the Vigilantes 60% on their effectiveness and performance... Why? Because vigilantes only target those poor or below middle classed criminals or suspects. As far as I have noticed, they had yet to eliminate big time druglords and crime offenders... especially those corrupt businessmen and government officials...

I'm not totally satisfied with their work.... still, I don't have any negative comments against them...
