By amending the constitution which has caused the country to become poor. I'm talking about the 1987 Constitution.
I want a president who focuses for the benefit of the State's citizens and not for the benefit of the rich and the oligarchs.

If maghuwat ka when naa president nga maayo, then I guess magkita nalang mo sa ginoo dili gihapon na mahitabo. But does the Philippines need a good president to be successful? I say NO.
