Of course not, but thinking the capacity of the Filipinos to choose the right leader is the problem.

Filipinos tend to vote candidates who made a huge impact in the media, not by his capabilities for becoming a leader. Apparently, in Noynoy's case, he won because of CHARITY, not because he is capable of leading the country, which is very doubtful!

He won because of the public's sympathy when her mother succumbed. He won because he is the son of a "HERO AND A HEROINE"

People will vote for Pacquiao for the following reasons:

• He is rich and he will be able to give people money (which well isn't bad at all). But he'll teach people to become lazy and be dependent. Remember, Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.
• He is a champion
• He is famous
• He is kind hearted (Really? Magsumbong ka sa lolo mong panot)
• He is ... and other sugarcoating words!

But if you'll consider his intellectual capacity, he's not qualified to grab the second highest position of the country. Shame on him.

No. If he wins the vice presidency, he should pity Filipinos, and the Philippines.
