Windows 7..Always update or not

since nag hisgot mani dire og updates. kabalo mo kon unsaon pag stop sa update? naka off na ang automatic updates. disabled na ang service. na try na nako og delete ang folder na "SoftewareDistribution" pero wala gihapon kada adlaw nalang ko nag sige og system restore kay kon maka install siya ma guba man gud ang akoa aero dili na siya mo function feel nako mo hinay akoa computer kon wala siya naka aero. update na akoa driver sa akoa video card. any suggestions?

ayaw nalang cge update bro, stable man gihapon ang OS bisan wla mga updates. pero if ganahan gyud ka nga mag-update then pilion ra nimo ang mga security updates.

pero mo update man gihapon ngita gani kog paagi na dili na siya mo update. akoa siya e system restore. gamit ko sa pc. e off nako sa pc. pag on nako mo configure na dayon siya so mag system restore nasad ko.

e update pero bfore that.. read sa kay ang sp1 has a lot of issues, i have my windows 7 64bit for 2 years kapin na...with no problem at all, and kung mag windows 7 mo, make sure dako pud inyong space esp. sa drive c: ( sa naay partition ni nga case, kay mo kaon jud ug space ang updates...


and last thing. try search sa google or mga forums kay it would help gyud.
