I'm not quite sure though, but I have an aunt from tesda, and I've heard her say that she went one day to sanJose basak for inspection,,that was for the dressmaking program... she's the one in.charge for that ^^, If u want, you may call their office during office hours for inquiry ^_^ And by the way, I am an alumna of usjr ^^, God bless..
