@klayton you are right. However, some people don't care to ask any receipts anymore coz our government will just use the taxpayers' money for their personal use.

not the cashiers...but the owner of the establishment does...they'll get away with your 12-13% tax add-on without paying it to BIR....

so, other than the huge percentage of profit they get, they'll get the 12% instead of the BIR/government.....lesser evil....still evil though...
