I'm not really from cebu but I know Osmeña is loved by people of cebu.. few hates him though. Cebu is a fast growing city in the philippines in fact sikat ang cebu sa gawas kung maghisgot ang mga tourists ug places nga pwede sila mag enjoy diri sa philippines and I think Osmeña contributes a lot.
