when i assemble my pc i bought parts overseas.. like mobo/processor/gfx card/memory/HDD/coolers/cables/PSU/peripherals..

what i did was hand carried the parts.. luckily my dad was there to help

extra load means extra charges...plus they let u sign this waiver that if some shit if broken.. all ur fault.

    casing wise... big ?FRAGILE STICKER!

mine turned out fine, brought it from cebu to los angeles without a scratch. i just placed it in its original box, complete with the styrofoam supports. and placed it in the middle of another bigger alsibayan box surrounded by clothes and other soft stuff for added support. just make sure it is sensibly packed but, as with a lot of things in life, there are no guarantees, i hear those boxes and other luggage take quite a beating while being handled. to give u an idea, i even once brought an aquarium from la to cebu, it made it with just one side panel broken. it was reasonably well packed and protected by paper towel rolls.
