To claim that the EDSA People Power was a peaceful revolution is illegitimate. Marcos ordered the Marines in EDSA not to fight back. Therefore, it's wrong to say that, it was peaceful because God was present on that very day the revolution was held.

Because of this revolution, freedom was attained by the Filipinos. And this freedom was abused to the extent that the ones in control of the country has been abusing its citizens (example: Politicians using their pork barrels for their wants)

And where did they got that pork barrell from? From the taxpayers!
