It's not the official poster. There's no official poster yet.
The movie rights to Wolverine and Spider-Man are currently owned by other companies so don't hold your breath.Besides, Wolverine and Spider-Man aren't your quintessential Avengers. Spidey was only a reserve member prior to the events of Civil War. Wolverine wasn't even an Avenger prior to joining Luke Cage's New Avengers. Marvel added those two characters to the Avengers roster so that it would have a "JLA" feel to it, having the company's biggest names in one single team.
In a perfect world, Hank Pym and The Wasp would be in the movie.

^amen.
and Hawkeye wouldn't wear that dumb Ultimate costume.
And I don't like Wolverine in the Avengers. He's in way too many books already. One day, he's in the 'Age of Apocalype" universe with X-Force, the next thing you know, he's being schooled by Squirrel girl in the mansion grounds.
yeah. Marvel is milking his popularity the same way DC is milking Batman's popularity. putting them on every team possible, except Batman usually contributes pretty big to the team he's in(he's the gosh darn Batman! after all) while Wolverine is just there to get his testicles blown off by the Hood or toss around the place.
Wolverine: the Avengers' glorified cannonball.
