    target nako kay 190 lng guro and mag sugod nako pump bahala nanang tiyan.mo sunod rana.hehe

    pero dili man makapagamay sa tiyan ang ab workout. why not do cardio? sayang lang imong effort. katung nakapagamay nimo before is due to your diet or caloric deficit, not the ab workout

    i suggest you still do ab workout twice a week, then cardio 3x a week right after workout when you're carb-depleted. 15mins lang
