It depends on how you see it if its definitive or figurative speech .
" LEAD the WAY " was confined only and only for the ARMY and to nobody else . Regardless of the presence of other joint operatives , RANGERS are already there if you involve the ARMY . It dont matter if it was quoted in the books because like I said , its how you interpret it .
Its just like saying " AIM HIGH " for the Air Force or " LET the JOURNEY BEGIN " for the Navy , these are generalized statements which when interpreted , it can actually relate just to anywhere and anyone LITERALLY yet the moment these are meant as a personalized guideline or should I say some battlecries , diha nimo makita na defined kaayo siya na speech .
I can fondly say these because its either I was with them or absorb reports that supported 8 years of peace and war time sanctions that covers 4 civil wars , around 10 humanitarian services and countless peace keeping operations both in land and in air that involved not only the other departments but of the allies also around the Pacific Rim , Middle East , Africa and Asia . Not from the books being published that can be misinterpreted by many .
