hi guys, does xlib STILL hire "illustrators?" naay job posting sa mynimo.com pero wala in other job sites like jobstreet or in their job website, just curious why

you can always inform the test administrator or the person who called you about ur preferred schedule so that we could arrange it accordingly. All salaries are confidential.

guys ask ko bah. what kind of technical exam ang ilang i exam sa xlibris. its my first time to apply ani na company gud. do u have any idea?

It would really depend on what position you're applying, as every position has a technical exam

Naa ko plano mangapply as graphic artist gud pero gusto ko mkabalo una kung pila man jud ang starting salary ana nga job. Salaries are confidential. Technical exams for graphics are more focused on using Photoshop

pwede patabang mga bro? ni-apply ko dri as eBook Prod Assoc, have passed the exam and interviews, but ila ko gi-inform after 3 weeks pa nga hired nadaw ko but wla padaw schedule when mag-start ang among batch, they will just giv me a call daw. ang problem nako ky gitawagan ko on d same day nga nahired sad ko sa usa ka animation company dri sa cebu as IT personnel nya mag-start ko ds 31st of Aug. i hav many things nga giconsider, 1. salary 2. benefits 3. location. in addition, my field of xpertise ky sa technical side. pwede ask ninu ug advycs which is which?

I suggest that you also check our offer too, as you might find it more attractive. Anyways, your not required to sign it if your not amenable to the terms of the contract.

I heard that there are a lot of labor related cases against xlib. Could you shed some light regarding the matter?

There's no perfect company, every people have the right to do what they want to do. Sue who they want to sue. we live in a democratic country. labor cases might be present but we never lose. which means that labor sees that we have due process and just cause.

It usually takes 2-3 weeks max. after that, if you haven't received any update, you can always give us a call.

Walay lami ang Xlibris karon. If naa moy lain opportunity sa lain company, better grab that one.

Again, no perfect company. it would still depend on a person's perspective. Just like as we respect yours. but just wondering, if you think the company is not good, how come you've been answering the previous threads regarding the technical exams we are giving to the applicants? you might have some beef with the company, but what your doing says something else. @xlibris thank you for answering..anyway, im planning to apply for graphic artist position and di man gud ko fluent sa english especially interacting using that language pero makacomprehend ko and somehow makaistorya sad inenglish since sige sad ko basa books , maapekto ba na sa akong pagpangapply even though I'm confident that I'm qualified with the position that I'm applying for which is not in cs? sa interview ra jud na magbase if qualified or sa portfolio jud mismo? By the way, fresh graduate pa ko ug wala pa koy job experience pero nagfreelancing ko during college until now

finished the exam last friday, dali ra man, more on formatting, well, puro jud cya formatting. anyways, heard rumors that ebook prod associates and any other position will go on shifting sched. sana someone from inside can shed light on this.

the lady from hr said na manawag ra sila sa result, then final interview. im in manila and will be back by the 15th, hope di yan prob.

flunecy in speaking the English language is not a requirement for the Graphic artist post, but good comprehension skills are required. Portolio is not required, but an advantage. All shortlisted applicants will have to take our technical exam.
