In terms of ambiance, facilities and assistance ok ang FitnessFirst they will tour you around when you inquire..while with Holiday gym no one will assist you and the receptionist will just give you photocopy of their services..

Start up rate for fitness first(includes 2 months) is almost 1 year + 4 months with holiday gym...

bitaw, i did have a few partners before but it didn't work out. ako schedule man gud erratic kaayo unya ako mga partner lain-lain pud og program and then there was one nga pareha me og program pero amo schedule di mag abot.. maayo pa tong di pa me partner kay mag abot pa hehe! bitaw, naa sad koy tendency mo likoy sa program kay ganahan pa ko pun-an kung unsa toy naka prescribe sa program or magpalabi.

If you're trying to lose some unwanted fats or weights, it's not good at all! What's the point of running a long miles for hours or doing hours of cardio then eat the same load of carbs and sodium? Better substitute your bad cards with complex carbs like brown rice or sweet potato to get good results bro. Otherwise, you're just wasting your time. Pancit canton is simply not healthy bro.
