    tnx sa nang reply

    so far base sako na experience nganu dell, toshiba, asus nalang ako choices kay ako pud gi consider ang budget.

    Then mao pud ni ako reasons sa uban brand nganu wa nako sila gi pili.

    HP = battery issues
    sa ako kauban sa college og sa ako ante parehas jud ang problema battery jud ang una ni surrender. Bisag 4-5 hours a day ra gamiton.

    Lenovo = Ok ang battery durable pud kay IBM brand pero ang faulty naa sa Hard Drive. Ako laptop sa trabahooan kay lenovo man cge lang og ka BSOD then pag check disk nako daghan fault and HD. Kay in some instance lahi ang botique or branch na naninda sa laptop lahi pud ang ilang service center or ayo-hanan.

    I think I'll go for dell cguro. Naa moy nahibaw-an botique aning dell if ever pwede ma adto-an like service center nila kung magpa-ayo ka?

    still boils down to user preference and budget.

    TS dont generalize or make an assumption or steriotype the brands just because naa kay bad experience sa usa ka brand like nagub-an ka hard drive or battery, it doesn't mean that the next model of their laptop bati dyapon

    remember that it is only the "name branding" but the parts are still from different manufacturers
    battery from sony
    hard drive perhaps from toshiba, seagate, hitachi, western digital

    a battery is a consumable product and the performance will gradually degrade as the product is being used subject to different types of environment. therefore most computer manufacturers would only provide a 1 year limited warranty to the battery. batteries are manufactured by sony

    you will really never know when the hard drive will fail. that's the reason naa jud warranty
