    Ako sad. Apil pa gani akong kamot ma basa. Hahahaha


    Ok ra na sir uy, ako gani 10k karon kai 1hour and 10 minutes. Bug-at na sad kog balik kai last nako dagan pag Sat. Nya banat ug kaon hahaha.

    If you're trying to lose some unwanted fats or weights, it's not good at all! What's the point of running a long miles for hours or doing hours of cardio then eat the same load of carbs and sodium? Better substitute your bad cards with complex carbs like brown rice or sweet potato to get good results bro. Otherwise, you're just wasting your time. Pancit canton is simply not healthy bro.
