THNX sa mga ni reply, MORE POWER CEBUANOS.
ma CC agent man or any other job, you can not say jud nga its stable. The only security you will have is your skill. Mas maayo tingali nga skwela lang ka ug 1 year nga murag CC agent training for short term plan. I guess naa na siya?

Uban companies motan-aw jud sa imong age and if kauban nimo pag apply kay mga bata, naa posibilidad nga dili ka dawaton. Pero still, d ka ka sulti nga mao jud na permi mahitabo. What if during your studies naniguro ka then cge ka OJT to hone your skills, so you will have the edge inig apply nimo. Depende ra na sa diskarte. Dapat lang jud naa ka skills and knowledge para confident ka sa imong apply-yan.

@TS: kung mgstart ka ug work unya first job nimo di jud ka ka-ingon na you will get a nice pay esp. if nahan ka in line sa moha nahuman pero if kontento ka to study college for 2 years or a vocational courses na 2 years pud kaw ra mg-igo.

Sa ako lang basi-han here in the Philippines moha degree di mo matter, it's the people that you know, you got connections with ang makasud nimo og trabaho. this is where finishing college will take into the picture. The people you know, you mingled with kana moha na-amiga or acquaintances sooner or later mg-abot ra mo kagamay ra sa cebu... they will be the same people who are going to help you out going to the top (on rare occasion ne sya) pero mao ne ako na observe sa na-happen sa ako-a life.

Share lang ko experience TS, I finished management accounting in USC, apply ko trabaho kane lagi bag-o ta graduate excited makatrabaho.. naa man ko mga classmates na hired na bisan la pa graduate kay ga job fair man to sa USCMAIN mostly call centers and banks...sus ako tawn ang ne hire nko kay kana Aquasoft diha sa Mandaue na trabaho sales agent mamaligya ana equipment para water refilling station na tag 100,000php+ ang kantidad, sweldo kay 4,000php/month basic... nya I am living from the south... Ingon ako mama yaw trabaho dha kuwang rana moha plete og kaon para ana ending mura negative jud ko monthly. She said la ko ga pressure nimo manarbaho, mao to skwela ko graduate skul.

One supervisor or manager bato sa Aquasoft gi-ingnan bitaw ko naa ba daw mo-too nako na I look like high school daw dili daw pang college. It's because I am petite and I don't look mature or act mature...Apply2x sad ko call center pirme ko pasar sa exam kana jud final interview mayabo... pasalamat ko la sad ko nadawat...

apply2x trabaho online jobs, naswerta-an, tig-encode og captcha ako sweldo ato sauna 5,000php a week. Then, sideline ko part-time teacher for 2years... para makakita lng ko tawo...

@ TS: i do suggest not to focus on finishing school para manarbaho... kung muha kwentahon TS arkanse moha parents sa ilaha nagasto nimo, millions na from kindergarten till college... focus going to college para naa kay makat-anon aron mg-negosyo, build connections sa moha college friends and other people, who knows kamo2x ra d-i mgpartner to put up a business... This is what I always emphasize sa ako mga students before sa Economics (highschool social studies) na ang mindset man gud nato mo skwela ta around 16 years of our life in order to work and earn 8,000php a month...

Indot mansad trabaho ka para makakuha ka puhunan to start a business, indot sad na. Yaw na forever employee.

As for me karon, I am working homebased then hopefully sooner or later mgkabusiness nako na dili mayabo and I know how to manage it properly...

I hope na enlighten ka TS.

If you want to have a job after you graduate even nga at that you are over 30 years old already, I suggest na ang imong part time job will also be related with the course na imong ganahan ma graduate-an... since there are companies I knew na mo consider mga un ana nga cases where na late ug graduate for many reasons (most common kay financial prob), they still hire newly grads nga tigulang na provided that they have already experience working in such field already.
Just like one worker ngari sa amo sa una, he was already 27 when he graduated from college, he was a working student pero sige sad ug hunong ug skwela... he was working first as a messenger in our office and gradual nisaka iyang position kay makita man sad nga kugihan siya until nahatagan siya ug desk and working as a clerk/encoder/stuffs/and other accounting related jobs kay dali raman sad siya tudluan...
until pag graduate niya na absorb ra sad siya sa company as a staff nga in line jud sa iyang course, he was still preferred by the company over a number of young applicants nga fresh grads pa gani because of his experience, exposure to the field and maybe kay dugay nasad siya sa company... and now if im not mistaken abroad na siya and supervisory level na in the same field.
Pero if you dont have any experience working on companies even na part time while studying, it really depends on your record, skills and traits that would distinguish you among the other applicants so that the company would really prefer you among the other younger fresh grads... and since most companies dont really count working in a call center as an experience then I dont really recommend it if on that age you want a career, not just a source of income... kay basi mas mag lisud na kag mangapply na in line jud sa imong course if you get older.
If you have skills on business, try your luck starting your own business, but since dili tanan gifted ana.. then I suggest polish your skills to have an edge over other applicants.
Dili man tanan companies mu stick sa ilang age requirements na gibutang sa ads, etc.., other large companies seek on what you can do for them, not on how long you will last on overtime jobs that can be done in just an 8 hour work.
If you have connections, use it... pero sa karon sa government naman na kusog2x.. although naa say un ana in private companies but still its not a guarantee that your connections with them can land you a job on that certain company.. they still require the skills that will make yourself useful for them.
