Any experience Getting a traffic violation under Maguikay Bridge?

pero kung hatagan ka ug violation nga questionable kaayo? like there are no signs nya gipara ka kay no right turn? ok lang gihapon nimo? ang TOP ticket baya naay naka butang "For contest" above sa imong signature, you marked it check kung questionable ilang violation gihatag.

had experience once. supposed to go either left or right, but went straight, then under the bridge was the traffic enforcer telling me to pull down to the sides. got a violation for not following the signs. There was actually no "do no enter". got a citation and indicated that i need to pay the penalty within 7 days or else they will send a warrant and file me a criminal case if i will neglect settling that citation.

any other members with this kind of experience?

i think i got the same prob with you just this few months ago in 2012, March 28 i was issued a citation ticket for having a no u-turn in pedestrian lane just ahead of maguikay fly over near Jollibee and North Atrium, the enforcer issued me citation ticket,and said if im not going to pay 200Php w/in seven days the mandaue city will send a subpoena for me. having a very busy schedule working 12hrs a day i couldn't buy time just to pay this such amount and even forgotten about this matter,as month pas by yesterday May 25,2012 i receive a subpoena from mandaue city trial branch regarding the said violation almost 2 months ago. and the said subpoena saying if the accuse refuse to the said hearing date the Police can issue a warrant of arrest.

Karn pko nga Citation pwede nka ma criminal, maypa cguro og namaligya ko og drugs. kdghan nman ko kasuway og citation both lapu2x and cebu city pro ang mandaue subpoena jud? sauna neg renew nman ang bayronon. murag hasol man ang hearing....

Nya ang enforcer mi tago pa jud sa ngitngit..hehe!
