Now that "Leah" is pressing charges , Cabonce won't have to prove anything because the burden of proof will be on the prosecution who must demonstrate that he's guilty beyond reasonable doubt .

We should not just take one side of the story. So in the spirit of fairness, can we know the real identity of "Kelly" and where she's from, so we can get her side of the story as well? The only side we read about is your side of the story. And it sure looks like you took advantage of a drunk girl (who probably lost some sense of judgment that night due to alcohol intoxication)...for the sole purpose of scoring a free "quickie". We just don't know her side of the story.

But the hypocrisy of it all is, this guy goes around ISTORYA, with the moral ascendancy of a saint, to badger everyone who criticizes his religion...which is nothing more than a difference of opinion. Religion is an idea...just like philosophy, ideology, economic system, political system, culinary methods, architectural tastes, etc. A powerful idea survives on its own merits.
