Dude... I am a chat support rep under Comcast.. Comcast has 3 LOBs for chat support..
Internet, cable, and voice.
voice and chats have their own pros and cons..
Being a chat representative in cable chat support is a good relaxing experience. Dili man kaau que.. sa Internet lob usually Username and Pass reset ra.. for voice... gamay r man ang issues nga maka GGB(gulo-gulong buhay...) there is lot of metrics to hit though. But dali rman pud ma hit.. It's always your instincts that matters on this..
I have been working for almost 3 years in PS but I resigned because I got the offer here in CVG..Tls in Comcast are fun to be with man pud..)
