    Thanks Masakiton

How about living in malaysia specifically Johor Bahru? I heard nga barato ang balay didto...Is the commute very long?

About my dogs, wala ra may problema, the agency will help me with the papers works, costly kaau lagi. I know they will be quarantined for 10 days vs 30 days. I will work on the 10 days kay basin traumatic kaau.

So mas mahal ang landed houses no? I hope i can find an affordable one.

    Thanks for the input again

    1. Can Sing$2000 budget for housing get me a good/big place? I am looking for 2-3 bedrooms, a living room and kitchen close to East Coast. I am asking for something impossible? BTW i dont want to live in a common house/rent a room coz of my dogs and i don't want to intrude in other people's spaces and vice versa. I have read nga the farther from CBD, the cheaper...OK ra pod na nako. I will choose this option basta naa lang madaganan akong mga iro.

ok nana ang 2000 sgd for a rental budget only sa tibuok unit na 2 bedroom. kasagaran gyud tibuok unit is 2500 sgd but naay uban gni mga karaan na 1800 a month ra. depende ra gyud kung mka swerte ka nice na unit na barato og duol sa mrt. the utility bill is another budget of course

    2. I have 2 small dogs who will be coming with me. It looks like i will need a sitter for them while i am at work. Can I hire our helper from mandaue or my sister who still lives in Cebu as my helper or do i have to hire from an agency?

pwede mo i-hire ang helper mo from mandaue but u have to apply dyapon sa MOM. of course MOM has the final say. i think naay minimum requirements ana like epass ka ang minumum salary pod sa maid mo

    3. Clothing stores, i heard that it is very expensive there....is it true?

di man mahal kung maau ka mangita og sale. depende ra gyud na sa lifestyle mo. although mas barato dyud dyapon ang presyo kung sa pinas ka palit sanina. naa man bitaw dri ukay2x. every 1st saturday of the month daghang bligya barato sa Tanglin mall murag ukay2x gyud

    4. How many work hours per week ang standard sa Sing (here it is 40 per week) and do they pay OT? I know this depends on my employer but i just want to get an idea who has an experience working in Sing.

depende pod sa employer. in my case 8hrs x 5days (9am to 6pm) = 40 hrs / wk (sat sun off)
naay uban 44 hrs per week, inig saturday mag half day sila
naay uban shifting pod ang sched og lahi2x rest day

    5. I would like to travel to different parts of Asia close to Sing, do i need a travel agency? Pwede ra ba mo byahe by land? Is it generally safe?

no need travel agency unless nahan ka gyud mag book og tour
travel by land ra man SG to Malaysia (johor bharu mga 1 hr kapin), then SG to KL, Malaysia around 8-9 hrs by bus or better take the plane, SG to Batam, Indonesia is 40 mins by fastcraft. ang uban by plane gyud ky kalas sa panahon kung mag travel by land ka

    6. If it was up to me i would not want to live in a high rise apartment/condo--because i have never tried it and basin magka problema akong dogs, naa pa bay daghang 1 or 2 level housing?

lisod man mangita rental na landed 1 or 2 level housing dri SG. kasagaran gyud dri is high rise. about the dogs, ambot lang unsaon na. murag strict rba ang SG when it comes to animals gikan gawas.

depende kung asa ka trabaho .. kung sa woodlands ka trabaho or sa tuas .. ok ra tingali sa johor ka puyo kai naa man diha ang entry/exit point sa SG-malaysia.
ako suggestion.. pag kuha ug HDB flat nga duol sa MRT station or duol sa office (or both) kasagaran HDB area naa man area para jogging ug ginagmay nga exercise machine
depende sa imo definition sa mahal hahaha
