i have here a modem-router from pldt (DB120 ADSL2+ MODEM)

how can i portforward with this kind of modem-router?

Try:

on the 'web configurator' advanced setup>NAT>SUA only>press 'edit details'

config the ports, ranges 'start port' 'end port' and ip address(of pc) to forward to.. and save settings.

of course you need to reconfigure the router to 'routing mode' before making the above changes to make it work.

I can not verfiy that, I have a router connected to the pl-dsl1 and use the modem in bridge mode only, but its worth a try.
Also, do not forget to give your pc's a static ip in the routers subnet.
