sakto ni point ni werty... almost identical atoang specs
gadagan og Windows 7... bisag mag burn ko gni og DVD using nero ang mag play lang mp3 mag kaging2x gni or putol2x ang sounds...
the system is too slow na to keep up with the latest applications... time to upgrade... but this system is for my mom man taman ra man mag duwa og zuma og bejeweled so wa man reason na i-upgrade... and just to let u know... the system was originally purchased august 2003... mao pa ni sa una ang pinaka kusog na specs

so my point is, bisag ako system mas kusog pa gamay og specs compared sa imohang specs pero kaging cya dyapon

applications 5-7 years ago are not that heavy compared to today that's the reason why cge pod bag-o ang hardware to keep up with the system requirements of the newer applications

specs.
asus p4p800
pentium 4 ht 3.2 ghz
2 gb ram
nvidia geforce fx5500 256 mb graphics card.
generic power supply 500 watts..

just to let u know ang 2009 systems mga dual core and core2duo na
pentium 4 was released 2003 so its not really from 2009 as u have stated, ur computer is about 7 years old just like mine

just simply compare my specs sa imohang specs... almost identical jud except for the motherboard and branded power supply

kung mag static noise gyud sir bisag wala ka nag pa music murag sa onboard sound mo na ang prob.
try daw og pci sound card if mao dyapon ang issue then operating system na ang prob
but if no static kung nag gamit ka pci sound card then i think its a problem with the onboard audio
