it's normal for a laptop with a poor cooling solution to gain that temp even on normal usage papi. my HP lappy b4 heat the same way as your dell. buy an Asus lappy with icecool technology if you want an affordable lappy with a significant cooling solution. or better grab yourself a laptop cooler. you can also experiment by replacing your stock thermal paste with a better one.
