    bro pwede jumping rope.. for me wala man ko rope so mag imagine nalang ko nga naako rope nga mag jump2x lang ko for 30 mins ehehhehe

    hahaa sayun ra kaayo bro warm up lang sa una para d magsakit ang heels ug bagtak..

    naa ko ask nganu basta mu jogging ko nonstop 1 hour magsakit man ako tiyan kanang sa abs dapit tungod ana mapotol akong streak nga nonstop.. please tell me unsa ang reason ug unsa ang solutions..
