@ jomilyn - not sure unsay setup nimo ron, 2x6990, proc, mobo, ram?? Kibaw ko sa 6990's palang daan naa na ka sa mga 700W +-. EDIT: sorry 375-450W diay so 750-900W total!!!
Kung kulangan na ka sa cooling power sa imong sytem, than maybe you should think of adding another loop instead of fans. From what i see, single loop man cguro ka karon. Additional fans will not do much...
I would suggest adding another loop for just the 2 6990's alone with at least a 3x120 or 4x120 rad. This will solve all your problems with temps im sure. If you cannot fit the additional rad in your case, then maybe look into external rad setup.
Law of diminishing returns - bisag pila pa ka fans imo i add, kung dili gyud kaya ang rads, di gyud mo ubos ang temps - but naa gihapon na solution

jom look for MO-RA 2/3 PRO or Phobya Xtreme NOVA 1080 for outside rad solution.
