widening is just as expensive as flyover. i think there were studies prior to them coming up with this thing. so whatever. ila manang trabaho to study this problem and come up with the budget and solution.

if it can improve our traffic, why not? basta transparent ang accounting and not over-priced ang mga materials, labor, etc.

Lisod man gud kung road widening kay daghan pa lalisunn... kay paliton baya ng yuta na maigo sa road widening... although dili kabalibad ang tag-iya sa yuta pero kinahanglan jud bayaran... mao na fly over nalang...

no wonder the flyovers have created bottlenecks instead of ensuring a smooth flow of traffic. this is a local problem, the locals know the problem better than foreigners.
