    some of my office mates got slots in joanna sudtunggan. dn, daghan pud cla complains..so i'm just worried kun unsa jud ni ka-credible ang Joanna legacy. as far as i know, di au ni cla popular compared to Deca, Camella, BF and others....

    wala. initially, gusto nila nga mopuno ko ug ~200k kay bisan unsaon kuno, di gyud mahuman ang akoang unit if i based sa contract price kay naa man mga modifications sa sulod, such as slab ang 2nd floor, semento ang hagdan, tiled na ang taas ug uban pa... wa gyud kuno developer nga mosukol ato nga price.     So, ako sila gihatagan ug scenario like this, adto ka ug SM, then palit ka ug ref. Imong gibayran sa counter based sa price tag (resibo naa nimo). Imong gipadeliver. Then after few days motawag taga SM nga dili puede ideliver kay sayop diay ang presyo...puede diay na? There's no such thing....

    By the way, it's considered cash purchase tong akoa kay mibayad man ko ug 90% as stated sa contract to sell while the 10% balance upon turn-over.

    Nakig amicable settlement sila thru their lawyers nga iuli na lang kuno ang among money with 8% interest. So mao tong miingon ko nga ok ra ko uli money pero 15% interest kay para negosyo gud to nga unit kay akong plano ato, i-retouch ra to nako + furnishing then ibaligya ra dayon or di gani, paabangan. Wa mi magkasinabot so set mi lain date. But wa ra gihapon.

    After 3 months nga wa na sila mi contact, kuha ko lawyer then gipadalhan namo ug demand letter. Nakig negotiate balik but with different lawyer na. We agreed on 12% interest, but ingon ko nga nakagasto na man ko sa akong lawyer, so kamo bayad sa acceptance fee ug sa appearance...hangtud na settle ra gyud.Uli money + 12%, sila bayad sa acceptance ug appearance sa akong lawyer... Issue sila cheque nako then perma ko sa waiver of rights sa akoang unit pagka in-cash na sa cheque.
