I suggest you read a lot, Google. What skills do you need to be a Support Agent? These are basic tests, Call Center Skills, English Vocabulary, Email Correspondence, Call Handling, etc. Multiple choices ra ni bro. Timed hinuon ni so kinahanglan maayo imong pacing. Example, 1 hour test for 40 questions. The biggest mistake that you can do is being stuck in 1 question. Mas maayo nga matubag nimo ang tanan kay sa siguroon nimo nga sakto imong tubag in a few questions pero wala nimo mahuman ang test kay nahutdan na ka ug time. Be conscious sa time nga gadagan. Set a time limit for yourself kung how long dapat matubag nimo ang usa ka question, then move on.
