Lisod gyud mahitabo ang Cebu Republic, Federalism or even Cha-cha.

Kung mag referendum mas permi pabor sa DILI or NO kay dako man boto makuha sa luzon.
Kung Cha-cha sad pabor ra gihapon sa taga luzon kay maihap ra ang mambabalaod/senador nga gikan sa visayas or mindanao.

not a gud idea pra mahimo country ang cebu,its a gud location kay daghan tapad na lugar na dili develop,if ever man gani mahimo na country nya develop na ang cebu like singapore luoy kaayu ang mga tapad na lugar like bohol and other visayan city dili cla mo improve...one solution is federal system nya ang tax sa pinas dili dapat centralized pra mas dako change mo improve ang usa ka lugar nya less corruption..for example cebu city will have a yearly income of 50billion pesos ang tax na ihagatag for nation is 5 to 10 percent lang the rest i gasto sa cebu city unlike karon tanan improvement naa sa manila resulta ang manila over crowded nya daghan na walay work na gikan sa province kay nag tuo man cla naa sa manila ang daghan work..pero kong federal system ta dili na mo adto sa manila ang mga tawo sa province nya mo improve sad ato lugar mas maka hatag ug sakto na serbisyo ang goberno...dali ra sad ma subay ang mga corrupt,dapat sad jud strict ang implementation sa balaod dili kay daghan boslot parehas sa labaod sa pinas..daghan mga gahig ulo na kawatan naa sa pwesto...
