For a starting job, pang-experience lang, okay siguro ang $2. But I wouldn't encourage my contractors to stoop this low. Mao ning dili nako ganahan. Daghang mga Pinoy, magpadala sa paubsanay ug rate. Ang resulta, kitang tanan luoy ana. Mas maayo baya ta sa mga Indians, di ba?

In my case, I have set a minimum rate for myself. Di man sad ko mu-bid ug below $10 per hour. Bahala na ug naay laing 100 applicants nga mas ubos pa ang rates. The result? All my 6 job contracts since I joined oDesk late last year until now, wala jud koy less than $10 per hour rate. My latest contract now is $17 per hour. Importante lang na as soon as you get the job, do a great job, para taas imong feedback rating. Kaluoy sa ginoo, tanan employer feedback nako, puro 5 stars. Mao nay puhunan nako para maningil ug taas nga rate inig sunod nako ug apply.

To those who joined my team through this istorya post, para dali mo makakuha ug employment, okay ra sad and advice ni wolverine15, specially katong first-timers pa. Short-term job contracts lang gud usa. Then, ug feel na ninyo nga ready na mo to try other employers, apply dayun.
