It's all the time and it's sure. Panasonic follows international quality standards.

Panasonic "will not" release their product whether grey or with warranty, bling bling, etc if it didn't pass QC.
It will tarnish their name and reputation if they did.

Even lemon units passed QC. QC just didn't detect the defects right away.
