hmmm ...ok ra man ang movie....wa kaayo ko nahi kay naa man gud corny moments...
nya dili man sad diay brutal as I expected...wew...pero worth to watch man sad na movie...

the cast were good, including d bad teacher played by takeshi kitano who also starred d latest ZATOICHI movie. Â*d story was unique -- murag pang anime ang idea!

other movies i lyk include FIGHTER IN THE WIND, ZATOICHI, FIST OF LEGEND
anyone who knows other asian movies that rock?

sorry for bringing up this very old thread, but a little tidbit for teh fans of this movie:

i'm not sure if this is really accurate, i read a short story before aptly named Battle Royal" (without "e") the premise was about a particular comunity in America where gentlemanly white men gather during a perticular night and then get a certain number of black folks, strip them off their clothes, place them inside a ring, announce a pot money for the last man standing, naturally, all hell breaks loose. it was the first thing i remembered while reading about the movie. right there and then, i alreddy knew the premise even by jsut reading teh title.

anyway, cute murderous japanese girls ftw!!!!
