What is THE ULTIMATE arbiter of ALL truths? Is it science itself?

Well, that begs the question, doesn't it? The domain of everything is so wide.

Is that an indirect admission that you cannot use science to disprove every claim? that, there are things that science (no matter how advanced) cannot verify? that there will always be miracles and mysteries - things that defies any naturalistic & scientific knowledge?
