Nuke thingies? What nuke thingies? The only Weapons of Mass Destruction the US ever found so far is from their own gov't themselves........ in the name of Dick Cheney.

Both Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and Secretary of State Colin Powell cannot probed that IRAQ has WMD til now... They suspect that the WMD were secretly shipped to Syria before the March 2003 invasion... but hadn't turned up any evidence.

My opinion, I think President George W. Bush had deliberately inflated intelligence or lied about Iraq's weapons in order to justify an invasion of the country.... he should answer for it...

Now both Donald Rumsfeld and State Colin Powell are gone ... they resigned as a failure...

the verdict against Saddam Hussein reminded me too much of the Nuremberg Trials right after World War II where Nazi war criminals were sentenced to die for crimes against humanity. one of these was Hermann Goering, the Nazi's second in command after Hitler.

in the Trials, he was sentenced to die, but committed suicide inside his cell before he was hanged. one famous quote from him was, "The victor will always be the judge, and the vanquished the accused."

which reminds me of the other war criminals that posed as the 'victor', 'accusing the vanquished' other.

any which way, vanquished or victorious, the Reichmarshal really deserved to go to hell, along with Goebbels, Mengele, and of course Hitler, and a host of many other demonic characters... Although most of them were never caught and are either living out their days or died of old age...

But yes, most victorious leaders and their armies are able to twist the situation to their favor, and make it look as if they were righteous all along, even if they drew first blood, even if they took over a country that they had no business being in, even if they killed tens of thousands of innocents, even if they are profiting in billions from that war...

So now because of this, because of the lies of the American leadership that resulted to the hundreds of thousands of Iraqi lives lost jut to hang one demon in the end, who is now supposed to be tried of war crimes? If you lose tens of lives they call it, "collateral damage" ug na majhong pa, "tong" ba sa lamisa. But if you run into thousands of lives lost how do you call it?
