Salary.
The job is quite stressful, the schedule gets a lot of getting used to, and dealing with Americans is way too different with our culture. If there was a high paying, daytime job, many people would grab those than being in this industry always.

BPO Company ko and na assigned ko sa Day Shift so it's a chillax sked note less than 5 calls/shift and am well compensated no ND of course![]()

Pay and benefits.
Aylang patrap. Build another career that can replace that income

You should feel stupid yourself if you feel that everyone in a BPO Company is a call center agent.
I am a software engineer...
Lastly, there is nothing wrong with being in a service-oriented career (Call Center Agent)
More local positions in the customer service industry should be opened, because our local companies' customer service sucks!
