IT'S Michael Rama and Joy Young in 2010. This will be the mayoral tandem of the Bando Osmeņa-Pundok Kauswagan’s (BOPK) in the elections next year, Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeņa told the barangay captains last Saturday as he erased their doubts that there would be someone else.
It’s Vice Mayor Rama for mayor and Young, City Hall education consultant and a former congressman, for vice mayor.
“I have always endorsed Mike. I was just angry with him when he made sipsip with the governor (so I criticized him)….” Osmeņa said.
