I couldn't agree more. I still remember how i would record their songs through caveman ways (cassette tapes and shit hahaha). Fcking nostalgia burst. T-T

It wouldn't surprise me if the new anime will have a 2x2=Shinobuden style narration. (actually, I'd like that!)

Hahahaha i found mine a few months ago, too. I was cleaning last summer and found two old tapes filled with anime songs and shizz. And then i remembered that one half of one tape was used to record Sano's episode with that doggy. .__.

Those cassette tapes helped me memorize the songs, even the godly Sobakasu and 1/2.
Back then, Sobakasu and 1/2 were the fastest anime songs. (Not fast today compared to The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku and The Singing Passion of Hatsune Miku)

I don’t remember that episode, but you’re still talking about cassette tapes, right? That’s like listening to a drama CD, except it’s on a cassette tape… and that was 10 years ago. That’s hardcore.

To answer the “when kha ni pwede ma download” question:

... the new Rurouni Kenshin anime series will be a two-part Shin Kyoto-Hen (New Kyoto Arc) original video anime series. The first part will play in Japanese theaters in December...

Unlike HDTV/DTV/OVA fansub releases, fansubs of an anime that is first shown on theaters are usually released 4-8 months later. The release date of the fansub depends on the release date of the Bluray/DVD of the movie. So expect a fansub release around May-September, 2012. Though an early release is possible if a camrip will be available, like what happened to Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya last year.

or you can,

- go to Japan and watch the movie on theaters;
- buy the R2 BD/DVD when it is released.
