Ahh a classic filipino syndrome. I don't tolerate naughty neighbors blasting their sound system way too high! If this is a recurring issue with your neighbor and it really bothers or gives you much inconvenience that morbid thoughts on them would get in your head try to resolve it. If that was the retort; I say its a challenge!

1. If they're just renting on your grounds kick them out!
2. If your'e just renting same with them; soundproof your house. (but there is no such thing as sound proofing when it comes to karaoke noises) LOL! not a cost effective solution too.
3. If your renting with the same landlord; Inform the landlord.
4. Inform your Baranggay Head and ask for a proper solution. If you hate them so much, put them into legal battle.
5. or rather Transfer to a new peaceful house away from these type of neighbors and avoid conflict.
