    It's another qualification they posted.

please make sure that they are proficient in English, have stable internet connection, computer equipment and a deep passion for teaching. These are factors you need to consider in order for them to become accepted as tutors.

    students/graduates are welcome:

-You will be teaching English to Japanese students.
-you will be working at home
-It is very simple and easy!
    -25 minutes/student via Skype
-all materials and lessons are available on the website.
-most of the students prefer free discussion/article discussion (which is VERY easy)
    -flexible hours:
meaning you can teach anytime between the scheduled time:
    5 PM-12 AM weekdays
    8 AM-11 AM and 5PM - 12 AM weekends

you can work for 1 hour up to 5 hours on weekdays
    and
3 hours in the morning + 5 more hours in the evening starting at 5pm for weekends

    it's all up to you!
you can opt to teach for that day or not.
& we have a scheduling team to assist you

-you just NEED to be PATIENT!

    Advantages:

-hours are not fixed so you can tailor your schedule however you desire it
-you are not obliged to work on weekends but if you want to earn more then you definitely can!
-incentives are provided for good tutors
-the more hours you teach...the more you earn!

BETTER THAN OFFICE BASED ESL TEACHING
-compared to office based companies, the pay is higher here.
-plus! you don't have to allocate money for your fare and meal allowance!
and mind you... we do pay taxes! 2% for the total earnings in a month
-we pay through ATM & we have endorsement letters for the accredited banks so you don't have to deposit any money upon opening an account

    you will be assessed twice.
    -initial interview via phone
-3 hour training via skype if you pass the initial interview!

I do NOT own this company. I am just a qualified part-time tutor

WHY do you need me & what I can do for you:

    - they do not entertain any applicants without a qualified tutor referral.
-feel free to apply BUT w/o my referral they will not hire you even if you pass the training.
    - The HR Dept. will be the one to contact you NOT me!
(so don't ask me for the status of your application....they will call you anytime)
-if you pass their qualifications and they will contact you... you will need my tutor info and details.(name & ID no.)
-I will only provide my details in the e-mail/invitation. So don't pm me for unnecessary info

    WHAT I NEED FROM YOU?
    [COLOR="red"]
-just your e-mail where I can send an invitation

    Additional Info:
    *my first 150 hours:
    I work 4 hours a day
    5pm-9pm weekdays
    &
8am-11am plus 5pm-6pm on weekends. (Sat & Sun)
    My salary for the month:
    P10,800

    you do the math!
im interested!please add me up noreen215@yahoo.com
