    kuyaw jud kung di sakto. nya wa pay enough foundation. Hahaha but when you can deadlift 345 and squat 325 with proper form, you'd get a good lower back. Wa pajud ko naka experience og lower back pain

    I think nindot na akong form, been practicing with a bar for 6 months

    agreee! pero kuyaw ghapon!! pero idol ghapon tka brad for that accomplishment sa olympic lifting!!! keep up!!

    I don't need to be make things up to feel good for myself. Mga insecure ramay ana and I think the one who posted about people being cynical is one of them. Walay cam akong phone, why don't you just go to club ultima so I can show you? or if nay chance si sir mio nalang mo post dri kay wa koy video hahaha
