well thats what catholics believe if you dont believe in it then fine. just show respect to what others believe specially if they consider it sacred. im a catholic but it doesnt mean im on their side always just like my stand for rh bill and with bishops who are always messing with politics. as long as i dont find anything wrong with what the church say then i got no problem with it. i hear mass regularly not because of the priests but because of the God i believe. i personally dont like to think freely all by myself because it will just complicate my life. i listen to people i trust aside from my own stand. since i went to mass on fridays and sundays i become very blessed. got a stable job with above average pay with almost no pressure at work, respected even by managers and having a lot of fun at the same time. and i also got a very nice and hot fiance (mura kuno kog naka daug sa megalotto matod pa sa akong mga friends) . in sum total, im very satified with my life and couldnt ask for more even if i dont have a "thinking brain" like yours.

your post is scary for a number of reasons:

1. as long as i dont find anything wrong with what the church say then i got no problem with it.
   
   and just how "wrong" will the church be before you "have a problem"? the raping kids is not enough? the obvious corruption shown during that SUV debacle is not enough? what about the exorbitant pricing they place for supposedly giving god's blessing to those getting married? isn't that enough?

   and where in the mass do you think god is? in the prayers which have been formulated by the church to keep you bonded to them? in the sermon which always conveniently avoids major issues that the church should be dealing with but is not? in the people gathered, with the most corrupt seated at the front seats? in the images/statues/concrete walls/high ceilings bought and paid for not by the church but by the tithes given by people who could have really used the money but gave to the already-rich-but-still-asking-for-more-church because of "religious mandate"?

   this is the scariest one of all. you do not "like to think freely all by myself" because you think that it "will just complicate my life". are you sure about this? please tell me you mistyped. because, otherwise, this would mean that you'd rather become a mindless, enslaved drone just so you could avoid the burden of living your life.

   oh boy. this is exactly what's wrong with your faith. it's so shallow that i'm not surprised you got so shook up with this poleteismo issue. what do you think of your going to mass? a bribe to god so he'll give you what you consider as blessings? what happens when these blessings get taken away? more bribes? or are you going to punish god by not going to mass and becoming a "bad" boy?

1.2 The idea is how you will react (or the people who cares for you and value you or your image with importance) with the scandalous acts done against you.

2. There is nothing I can do about that. But it still won't hinder us (Catholics) from reacting.

1.1 I don't think you understand what "imply" means. I think you meant "impart". To imply means you are suggesting the idea but not stating it explicitly. In the context of your arguments, its hilarious.

2. Yep, nothing can hinder you from reacting, alright. Not even a little humility or some level-headedness. Everything for you is just react, react, react.

3. It's ironic to me that you seem to get the meaning of "Different folks, different strokes" and yet still be in an uproar over this poleteismo thing. Given your reaction, what you wrote comes across as severely hypocritical.

It's this part that I can't understand. You say "its not offensive". What's not offensive? Then you said "because its not pictures". What do you mean by that? Or do you mean "because its not pictures for you", which would make me question, what pictures do you mean are for me? And then, after that, you said "violated". is that "for you are being violated"? That would change the thing about the pictures for me and now I am being violated too! but by what? the pictures? then, what follows is "and for now just chickens". okay, chickens? I'm being violated by chickens? or are there pictures of chickens? then you wrote "not God yet". Probably you mean I'm not god yet, because of what I posted earlier. OR you might mean the chickens are not god yet.
