Grapes11:15 am - before work-out
1 scoop of NO Xplode12:30 pm - after work-out meal
Fried Rice mixed with Chicken
Banana
2 scoops of Syntha 62:30 pm
Fruits : banana/apple5:00 pm
Whole grain slice bread with mayo and baconI used to have Animal Pak vitamins , it's awesome but expensive so I had to switch to Centrum .8:30 pm - after push-ups and sit-ups
Spaghetti/Steak/Sushi
1 scoop of Syntha 6 (I drink it before bed)
