I'm christian, but im not catholic , and we dont believe in the the trinity. It never said in the bible that Jesus was God himself anyway. he always referred to himself as the son and God as the "father". just saying...

how bout consulting john 10:30, where jesus claims he and the father are one

oh c'mon, the trinity doctrine isn't limited to catholics. i've been a christian and i was taught that God is of three persons

those 700 club guys are christians, born again to be exact. used to call them and they have been teaching that God is of three persons

but if you'll go to john 14:28, you'll realize there is a contradiction

I dunno about other christian religions. Christians can be broken down into many different groups/organizations. All who worship the same God, BUT they have different beliefs in HOW to worship and other stuffs.

I'm an INC to be exact.. and we don't believe that God is a 3-in-1. We acknowledge God and Jesus as 2 different beings and persons. But hey... i don't meddle with the beliefs of others. If they want to worship the trinity, then that's their free choice.

I have a story to tell ya'll.
There was a young couple wherein the guy was an atheist and the girl was a Christian (Christ believer). One day, they argued on whose belief is true. Then, the Christian girl decided to stop their argument. She said, "This argument will never end. I do not want us to separate ways because I love you. If your principle is true that the world existed because of evolution, big bang theory, etc., then I am still lucky because though I believe in God (which is false based on your principles), I will still evolve anyway. But, if my faith/belief is true that the God in heaven do exist and He will come to save me, then you are so unfortunate because your soul will burn in hell because you never believed in Him."
