    Experience: Telecom- 7 years less
IT/hardware/Networking- 6 years more or less

My last work in qatar as telecom engineer i work there for 14 months, from qatar i directly go here in Singapore last March 18 2011, applying a job here for 1st month wala gyud mi hire just interview lang so i decided to extend thru online until May 17, first week of May dira company ni hire nako gi apply ko sa MOM Spass result Rejected due to Quota, so i decided to exit to the philippines since ako family ni ari man sad for vacation (holiday) May 17 exit ko dri flying to the Philippines..

Last June i decided to come back here to exploring again, applying a job, so last June 29 balik ko dri arriving in the airport unfortunately na harang ko SG immigration gidala ko sa ila office dayon gi ask unsa daw ako purpose pagbalik i answer to take vacation, they ask me money and i show them my 2000 usd pocket money.. and also gipa finger print ko sa ila machine.. then since im cleared gi release ko nila gi tatakan ako passport og 30 day social visit..

(IT Administrator position) August 02 i got a call for interview, August 03 they hired me and August 04 applying my S pass at MOM result rejected without reason,(Desktop Support Engineer) by august 08 another company applying for my Spass again result rejected..... i don't know kon naa pa bay mo hire nako karon week og next week hehhehehe...

    My question:

Naka apekto kaha to finger print nako sa immigration dri sa singapore? kay wala man ta kabalo kon naa ba to cya gi remark nga for tourist only or what so ever....

Dili ba kaha ko over qualified sa mga position nako gi applyan, mao nga gi reject ko sa MOM.

Unsa man mga reason nga nareject ko sa MOM education ok man, experience ok sad.

Dra poy niingon nga ang imo latest experience/job position dapat mao sad trabaho dri since telecom engineer ko dayon IT ni hire nako but some my previous experience IT man ako work..

kinsa to naa mga experience sama nako or mga naay case same nako please ang inyong comments and suggestion is highly appreciated...

for those naa kaila looking for engineer/or any jobs nga suit sa ako education og experience ako ikalipay og dako oyamot,, kana EP lang kay basin approved na....
kabantay ka sa ako gi post sa previous page?
ok ra na.. strategy ra na sa MOM na ila idugay ug approve ang mga pass na giapply arn if they see na niexit and applicant, they would then disapprove the pass application.. maru kaayo sila.. mao na ako ingon sa ako boss. nya the employer then would file a petition then idelay nasad sa MOM ang approval then eventually maapprove.. sa case sa mga tawo dri na wala pa dyapon kakita og work in 2 months time.. if wala gyud kamo kakita og work, might as well uli na lang sa sa pinas then balik dri kay risky ang pag exit.. pero if muexit man gani mo, make sure u stay overseas long enough before mo mubalik and make sure u have supporting tickets when u attempt to go back here in SG..
in the end, ang MOM ra jud na kabaw na nganu gi reject ang pass mo... wa kami dri specific na matubag unsay reason
but one of the reason as stated above is they will check if ni exit kna, then disapprove ang pass. maru na ang MOM ron. also ur fingerprint as well may be a reason... wa jud definite answer... sila ra jd na kbaw nganu

ultimo Curry kay gi angalan pod sa mga locals...

Please give us the freedom to cook curry in our homes « Complaint « Letters « TEMASEK REVIEW EMERITUS

I long for my Singapore of the ’60s and ’70s (we were living in Everton Park then). I had a neighbour family of 10 belonging to the Hokkien dialect group, another family of 4 Straits Born Chinese whom we affectionately call Baba, then it was us a Sikh family of 5 and in the corner house a south Indian family of 16 children plus their parents.

Everyday i would play with the younger members of all the families. We would share food on a daily basis. Our mothers did not know which house we would eat at for lunch and dinner. My mum would cook curry everyday and so would our South Indian neighbour. On festive occasions and otherwise too, our Hokkien neighbour would give us children goodies. I have never tasted such delicious Bak Changs anywhere else. No one has been able to cook south Indian dishes the way Amah (that is how we affectionately called all the mothers amongst the neighbours) used to cook. Same goes for the Baba Food. How I long for the love and camaraderie that existed amongst us fellow Singaporeans way back then.

When the foreigners came to Singapore, the Govt did not realise that along with their “talents”, some of them also brought their intolerant and judgmental attitude and some form of hatred, which they obviously practised in their homeland towards their own people, into Singapore.

We have spent so much of taxpayers money on the foreigners to assimilate them into our society. Why couldn’t we have spent the same amount of money on our own Singaporeans who were born and brought up here on this soil to enhance their lives? Couldn’t we have tried way back then to see how we could encourage and motivate our own people to stay in Singapore, to study and work here and to have more children? I am very sure if we had spent these $$$ on Singaporeans instead of these foreigners, we would have been a happier lot. I am sure if we had looked into the issues bothering Singaporeans, we would not have been faced with social disintegration of societal values to this extent. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this out.

Some where along the line, the rulers of this country have made serious misjudgements and mistakes and we Singaporeans will now have to bear the brunt of it all. This is just not fair.

This curry issue is just the beginning of a whole chain of ugly incidents that might erupt if it’s left unchecked. Please do something and do not let this issue get out of hand. Be fair to us and give us the freedom to cook curry in our homes.

God bless my country and my curry.

Gisaka nsad ang Minimum Salary requirements sa Epass, Epass Q1 = SGD3,000 na from SGD2,800. Epass P2 = SGD4,500 na from SGD4,000. Epass P1 = same ra SGD8,000.

Ang purpose ani nila is to 'Level the Playing field, Reducing the chance of EP holders getting jobs ahead of Locals due to their Lower wage demands' .

    Ahak nlang.
