based on experience, ako hubby kung mag away mi matug, talikdan ko.. which i dont like... i want him to talk to me... though he cant... ako cya palagoton, then after, lagot cya, tell cya iya part, then slep and in the morning... d pa tingog at first but tingog ra man sad... forget about wat happen lastnyt...

d problem with adults is too much pride... as much as possible,it should be resolved before the day itself.. if d day cant b enuf,giv t time n space till both heads r cool...both should meet halfway...

I agree with Junenine and Omad, although depende ra gyud sa imo spouse... lahi² man gyud ta ug mga taras. So basically, I guess you know your spouse more than anybody here in the forum to be able to say or agree to a good principle, coz what might work for you might not work for others. The important thing is... psychology. Putting oneself in the other's shoes and understand where the rage or frustration came from... and then you'll have no argument... but understanding. Mo ni ako gusto nga motto. Murang girl scout naay motto.
